AKMS, inc, the manufacturer of BRACEGUARD, has been in business since 1983 and distributes both nationally and internationally to orthodontic patients and their orthodontists, band/orchestra students, band directors, music stores, and wholesale  brass and woodwind instrument distributors.  AKMS, inc. is owned by A. Keith Amstutz, DME  and Linda S Amstutz.
